Repeat Prescriptions

We run a computerised system to issue repeat prescriptions
which have already been agreed with your doctor.

Methods for Ordering your Prescriptions

  1. Online:
Access 'My Health Online' to order your prescriptions.
Registration is required for this service - See Below.
  2. In Person:
Tick the medicines you need on the repeat prescription slip and bring or post the form to the surgery.
  3. By Post:
Post with a stamped addressed envelope, and we will send your prescription back to you. You can also drop the prescription through our letter box if the surgery is closed.
  4. Chemist:
You can ask for your prescription to be picked up by the local chemist. You can then collect your medication directly from the chemist, or they may deliver it to your home. Please ask your chemist for their delivery policies.

Due to the possibility of errors, requests for repeat prescriptions can not be taken over the telephone.
