You can now order your repeat prescription in one of three ways:

1. By logging into MHOL - click here to access your account or here to register.

2. By completing this online form 

3. Drop your repeat slip down to the surgery and post it in our main prescription drop box.

Please Note: Medication requests are not accepted by phone to minimise errors.

COLLECTION TIMESCALES

We request that all patients order their repeat medication in a timely fashion, which allows the practice to assure safe prescribing.

We require 72 hours (3 working days) to process requests. This is in addition to timescales given to us by our local Pharmacies, which are noted below:
